Job Description:

1.ISO 45001:2018 Implementation & Auditing

Integrated Management Systems (IMS) (QHSE)

Safety Performance Metrics & KPIs

Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programs

Leading incident investigations (e.g., root cause analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone)

2. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Deep knowledge of local and international safety legislation

Compliance audits and gap analysis

Handling regulatory inspections and reporting

Understanding contractor safety management

3. Leadership and Supervisory Skills

Leading and mentoring junior safety staff

Conducting safety trainings, toolbox talks, and drills

Conflict resolution and influence in safety culture development

Managing cross-functional safety committees

4. Specialized Technical Training (Based on industry)

Process Safety Management (PSM) (for chemical/oil & gas)

Advanced hazard and operability study (HAZOP)

Construction Safety Management

Electrical/Fire Safety Audits

Permit to Work (PTW) System Leadership

5. Emergency and Crisis Management

Developing and testing emergency response plans (ERP)

Business continuity planning

Crisis communication and incident command system (ICS)

6. Technology & Reporting

Use of EHS software tools

Data analysis for trend identification

Digital inspection and reporting systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per month
