Sr sales Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose:

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team in daily operations, customer coordination, order processing, and sales reporting to ensure smooth sales activities and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities::

· Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documents.

· Coordinate with ASM, RSM, and Territory Managers regarding orders and targets.

· Maintain sales records and update daily sales reports.

· Receive and process customer orders accurately.

· Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch for timely deliveries.

· Track order status and inform customers about delivery timelines.

· Maintain communication with dealers, distributors, and clients.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.

· Ensure strong customer relationships and satisfaction.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

· Maintain updated customer database and sales files.

· Support management in preparing sales analysis reports.

· Coordinate with accounts for payments and recovery updates.

· Work closely with marketing and production departments.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Record keeping & reporting ability
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Time management

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 3–5 years experience in sales coordination (preferably paint industry)

Timing : 8am-6pm

Location: Sagya bypass near PSE law college lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person
