Responsibilities
- Execute both long-term and short-term sales strategies to drive business growth for HVAC & BMS sensor products (Temperature, Humidity, CO₂, Differential Pressure, Flow, AHU/FCU Controllers) in the Delhi region.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competition, and identify opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users, especially within the Data Centres, HVAC, and BMS segments.
- Proactively identify and connect with new clients using strategic sales and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding their technical requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support, including resolving client concerns and offering actionable improvements.
- Effectively communicate the technical and commercial advantages of Omicron’s solutions.
- Prepare quotations, conduct negotiations, and close sales orders within stipulated timeframes.
- Prepare customer visit plan and provide timely reports on meeting outcomes and follow-up actions.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. in Instrumentation or Electronics.
- 4-5 years of sales experience in instrumentation and sensor-based solutions.
- Prior experience working with or selling into HVAC and BMS markets is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.
