Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Engineer with strong communication skills and experience in Fit-out, Architectural Products, or Project Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing project-based sales across Qatar’s construction and interior fit-out industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in fit-out, architectural, and construction project sectors in Qatar.
- Meet with consultants, contractors, interior designers, and clients to understand project requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and product presentations.
- Conduct regular site visits for follow-ups, coordination, and progress tracking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and fit-out industry.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to support accurate pricing and solution delivery.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure proper documentation, contract follow-ups, and timely project handover.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fit-out, architectural products, or project-based sales in Qatar.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of Qatar’s construction and fit-out market.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries/projects simultaneously.
