Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
-
Work on sales within the Company Business Unit of Engineering and Solutions (Instrumentations).
-
Manage the entire sales process in the allotted vertical with ability to work multi-disciplinary portfolio.

Supporting the team for Growth at the Business Unit level and the Company.

Work and coordinate with the sales team for all costing and estimation process pertaining to the Bulk Trading Section
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the allotted sector, understanding their requirements.
Technical Sales
-
Provide technical expertise related to our business segment of Instrumentations and Engineering Solutions, guiding clients through product selection based on their specific needs.
Proposal Development
-
Provide all-inclusive details (technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines) to support the estimation team to prepare comprehensive proposals.
Estimation and Bidding
-
Work closely with internal teams, including proposal, engineering, Sales Order management, and product development, to ensure successful completion of sales process and customer satisfaction.

Sourcing and Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers /Subcontractors

Preparation of Cost sheet (Direct & indirect cost, temporary facilities and other related costs)

Review of commercial terms and condition documents.

Preparation of Technical and commercial proposal as per Client requirement.

Negotiations with suppliers and Principals on both technical and commercial aspects of product.

Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records
Qualifications-
Bachelor's Degree in (Mechanical, Instrumentation or Communications)
Additional Information
Experience Requirements:
-
At least 05 years working as a Sales Engineer in a similar business or industry.

Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preffered.

Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multicultural teams.

HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
