Sr. Sales Engineer (Glass and Steel)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Engineer to join our team specializing in steel contracting, steel fabrication and erection, glass works, canopies, staircases, warehouses, and related construction products. The ideal candidate should have strong UAE market knowledge, an existing client portfolio, and the ability to generate and manage sales opportunities independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business opportunities in steel and glass contracting projects.
• Promote steel structures including canopies, warehouses, staircases, platforms, and related fabrication works.
• Generate leads and secure new projects from contractors, consultants, developers, and private clients.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and project presentations.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and production teams for project execution.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to increase company growth and market presence.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and project opportunities in the UAE.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in steel, fabrication, erection, or glass products sales.
• Existing client portfolio and proven sales record in the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of steel structures and glass-related products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Civil Engineering background is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
