Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Senior Sales Executive(male) to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by onboarding schools, sports academies, and institutions onto the Shareplay platform. This role involves both strategic outreach and on-ground sales engagement to expand Shareplay’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, connect with, and onboard schools, academies, and sports venues to the Shareplay platform.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably in education, sports, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and client engagement abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.
  • Passion for sports or experience in the sports industry is a plus.
