Division: Sr. Senior Sales Executive

Territory: PAN India

Primary Role: To lead the sales, and foster relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations for potential and existing customers, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of medical devices.
  • Oversee the installation and configuration of medical devices at customer sites, ensuring they are set up correctly and functioning as intended.
  • Train end-users and technical staff on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical devices.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure customers are fully proficient with the products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering expert advice and support.
  • Gather feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and address any concerns or issues.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical insights that support the sales process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and advancements in medical technology.

Qualification:

  • In-depth knowledge of the medical device industry, current market trends, and competitors.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required to meet client needs and attend industry events in PAN India.
  • Qualification: Any
  • MBA (will be an add-on)
  • Experience: 2 - 4 Years.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required for installations and demonstrations.
  • This position may require occasional travel and the ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
