Job Title: Counter Sales / Showroom Sales Executive
Role Purpose:
To manage showroom counter sales by handling walk-in customers, understanding their needs, showcasing suitable products, and closing sales efficiently while ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and engage walk-in customers professionally
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
- Close sales deals and achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with billing and inventory teams for order processing
- Maintain proper showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangement
- Handle customer queries, objections, and after-sales coordination
- Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused approach with convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (billing/software preferred)
- Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a showroom environment
Qualification & Experience:
- Any Graduate/ BBA/MBA Sales and Marketing (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in showroom or counter sales (preferred)
Salary & Timing:
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience & skills)
- Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
