Job Title: Counter Sales / Showroom Sales Executive

Role Purpose:
To manage showroom counter sales by handling walk-in customers, understanding their needs, showcasing suitable products, and closing sales efficiently while ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and engage walk-in customers professionally
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
  • Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
  • Close sales deals and achieve daily/monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with billing and inventory teams for order processing
  • Maintain proper showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangement
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and after-sales coordination
  • Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused approach with convincing ability
  • Basic computer knowledge (billing/software preferred)
  • Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a showroom environment

Qualification & Experience:

  • Any Graduate/ BBA/MBA Sales and Marketing (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in showroom or counter sales (preferred)

Salary & Timing:

  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience & skills)
  • Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
