Sr. Sales Executive

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive property/resort sales, generate leads, and close deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through calls, site visits, references, and online platforms
  • Meet potential clients and present project details professionally
  • Conduct site visits and property/resort presentations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and existing clients
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and closing documentation
  • Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
  • Maintain database of leads, inquiries, and conversions
  • Build long-term relationships with investors and customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
  • 2–5+ years of experience in real estate, resort, or luxury sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong closing and convincing ability
  • Knowledge of Surat & surrounding property market preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
  • Two-wheeler & field work readiness required
