About the Role

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for accelerating sales performance for HePo furniture fittings and hardware solutions through key account management, new business development, and expansion of market presence across the UAE. This role is based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the UAE market.
  • Develop new business with dealers, distributors, carpenters, modular furniture manufacturers, and project clients.
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Handle end-to-end project sales, from product specification to order closure.
  • Promote Hettich’s product portfolio including hinges, drawer systems, sliding systems, and furniture fittings.
  • Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and site visits across the UAE.
  • Track competitor activity and provide market insights and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate salesforce data, sales reports, and forecasts.
  • Represent Hettich at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Background in furniture fittings & hardware industry.
  • Strong knowledge & network of the UAE market
  • Minimum 5 of relevant B2B sales experience in furniture fittings / architectural hardware.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven ability to close project sales and manage key accounts independently.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, field-oriented, and target-driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED1,111.00 per month
