Sr. Sales Executive - Automotive battery & testers / garage equipment industry

India

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations for automotive batteries and chargers in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in battery/charger sales, managing distributor networks, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Qualification: BE/Diploma (Mechanical/Automotive)/ MBA (In Marketing)

Experience: 2-3 years (In Marketing)

Languages Known: Regional Language & English

*Candidate must have experience in Garage Equipment & Car Care Products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth for automotive batteries and charger products in the assigned territory.
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing and service teams to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support and problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Business/Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, battery, or energy sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to travel across Mumbai and surrounding areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Volunteer

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
