Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager – Rajasthan

Location: Maharastra (All areas)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Industry: Crushing, Screening, Washing & Material Handling Equipment

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven Sr. Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Maharastra . The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building lasting customer relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Manage relationships with quarry owners, mining companies, contractors, and infrastructure developers.
  • Identify new project opportunities and work closely with the internal team for technical proposals and solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to assess plant requirements and suggest suitable crushing/screening/washing/conveying solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for customized solutions and oversee the proposal-to-closure cycle.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handover to execution and after-sales support.
  • Represent Taurian MPS Ltd. at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events in the region.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence for product development.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8 - 10 years of sales experience in capital equipment / heavy machinery (preferably crushers, screeners, washing plants).
  • Strong understanding of the mining, aggregates, or construction equipment market in Rajasthan.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the assigned region.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mining Engineering is a plus
