Sr. Sales Manager - SaaS(Dubai Based)

Syrve is a leading restaurant technology solutions provider serving over 10,000 F&B businesses worldwide. We help restaurants optimize operations, increase profitability, and enhance guest experiences through innovative SaaS solutions.

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to grow our sales presence across SMB, mid-market, and multi-location restaurant groups in the UAE.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS or hospitality sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to close both mid-market and larger multi-branch accounts
  • Experience managing full sales cycles and decision-making stakeholders
  • Analytical and commercially driven mindset
  • Arabic speaker preferred
  • UAE driver’s license is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, calls, and email outreach
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and solution presentations
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
  • Build, manage, and grow a healthy sales pipeline
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
  • Understand customer business needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
