Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Marketing, Sales, and Business Development of Cascades.
• Collaborate with local management, sales, and operations teams, as well as Corporate Functional teams, to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable outcomes across regional and sub-regional businesses.
• Develop and execute local business plans, including budgeting for revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Discuss and finalize marketing strategies with senior management for effective implementation.
• Personally visit potential, new, and existing customers to generate and support new business opportunities.
