Long Description Job Summary
Develops new prospects and corresponds with existing customers to increase sales of a retailer’s products and/or services.
Job Responsibilities
1. Deliver on sales and customer satisfaction objectives
2. Maintains good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations
3. Answers customers’ questions on the phone or introduces or refers callers to the appropriate person
4. Ensures customers’ awareness of all products and services available
5. Resolve complaints with sensitivity and involve others when needed
6. Addresses customer hesitation and resistance
7. Calculates cost allowances, fees, financing costs and down payments to arrive at the price of a vehicle
8. Ensures that the details of all vehicle transactions are accurately documented and registered
9. Conducts a memorable hand over with the customer
10. Networks by asking for referrals and following up on prospects (telephone prospecting/canvassing)
11. Prospects for new customers
12. Captures prospect information and maintains a prospect database
13. Communicates with customers periodically to ensure that positive relationships are maintained
14. Follow the Order-to-Delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction
15. Understand that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guaranteeing satisfaction to customers.
16. Consults with customers to understand their needs.
17. Receives customers and assists them courteously.
18. Present the Dealership's products and services to customers.
19. Sells additional products and services in a professional manner.
20. Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
21. Offers and conducts demonstration drives with the customer.
Candidate Requirements
Skills
1. Bilingual - good command of both English and Arabic
2. Ability to solve practical problems
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Customer oriented and enjoys interaction with people
5. Possess high level of selling and convincing skills
6. Team Player
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Holders
Years of Experience
5 - 10 years of experience in the sales field or in the hospitality sector
