Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Sr. SAP Consultant-HR to lead and deliver complex SAP HR/HCM projects. You will partner with HR business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions, drive system optimizations, and guide a team of consultants through full project lifecycles. This role requires deep expertise in HR processes, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to delivering value.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP HR/HCM implementations, upgrades, and integrations, including module configuration, testing, and go-live support

Analyze HR business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and design innovative SAP-based solutions

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and develop detailed project plans and milestones

Provide expert guidance on SAP HR data structures, PA/OM, PSD, SCHEMA, payroll, time management, benefits, and ESS/MSS

Lead and mentor junior consultants; perform code/config reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards

Develop and execute data migration strategies, interface definitions, and integration with external systems

Manage risks, issues, and change requests; communicate status to leadership and stakeholders

Create functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials; support user acceptance testing and go-live activities

Stay current with SAP HR innovations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
9-12 years of experience in SAP HR/HCM
Preferred Qualifications

SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors integration experience

SAP Payroll (b200, HCM, or FI-CA) expertise

SAP Fiori/UI5 experience for HR-related apps

Experience with SAP HCM processes: org management, personnel administration, time management, benefits, payroll, and talent management

Proven track record delivering multi-module SAP HR transformations in multinational environments

Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills

Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP) or SAP-certified consultant

Relevant professional certifications in HR or project management (preferred)
