EPMA is supporting a client in the energy/operations sector hiring a Scrum Master to support a large-scale business transformation program. This role focuses on helping business-led teams adopt agile practices and deliver measurable outcomes through structured, disciplined sprint execution.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Establish and reinforce effective sprint cadence, timeboxing, and team operating rhythm

Coach business leads, team members, and stakeholders on Scrum roles, ceremonies, and agile ways of working

Help teams translate business work into clear backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Keep teams focused on incremental outcomes rather than reverting to traditional project and deliverable-based habits

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Identify and escalate impediments, risks, and delivery drift that affect sprint performance and team progress

Support multiple capability cluster teams as they work toward defined business capabilities and measurable outcomes

Partner with Operational Excellence leadership and program governance to maintain alignment across teams

Promote continuous improvement through inspection, adaptation, and stronger execution discipline

Help create consistency in how teams plan, execute, and evaluate work across the program
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master in agile environments

Strong knowledge of Scrum principles, lifecycle, and ceremonies

Demonstrated ability to facilitate planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint execution

Experience coaching teams or stakeholders who are new to agile ways of working

Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

Ability to enforce timeboxes, maintain sprint discipline, and keep teams focused on outcomes

Experience helping teams break work into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

Ability to work effectively across business stakeholders, delivery teams, and program leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting non-technical or business teams in an agile delivery environment

Experience in agile transformation, operating model change, or organizational change initiatives

Familiarity with operational excellence, continuous improvement, lean, or process transformation

Experience working in large enterprise organizations with complex stakeholder environments

Exposure to business capability-based planning or value stream-oriented operating models
