We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with a proven track record of driving organic traffic, improving SERP rankings, and generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate should not only excel at technical and on-page SEO but also understand content marketing, keyword strategy, and conversion-focused optimization to turn visitors into leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to generate organic leads.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value, intent-driven keywords for targeted content creation.
  • Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for search intent and lead conversion.
  • Perform regular on-page and off-page SEO audits, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Build and manage backlink strategies to enhance domain authority and rankings.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve UX and SEO performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, CTR, etc.).
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, tools, and emerging SEO trends.
  • Identify and fix technical SEO issues affecting crawlability, site speed, and indexation.
  • Implement local SEO strategies (Google My Business, citations, etc.) to improve visibility for location-based searches.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO with measurable results in organic lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of search intent, funnel stages, and lead conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on expertise with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Solid grasp of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and structured data markup.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, architecture, or B2B service industries (preferred).
  • Knowledge of content marketing and social media integration for SEO.
  • Certification in Google Analytics / SEO specialization (a plus).

Performance Metrics

  • Increase in organic traffic (month-on-month).
  • Growth in keyword rankings for target terms.
  • Conversion rate improvement from organic channels.
  • Quality and number of organic leads generated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
