Sr. SEO Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven SEO Expert to manage and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, keyword rankings, and qualified B2B leads. The candidate should have hands-on experience in service-based and B2B SEO, with strong analytical and content optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
● Conduct keyword research for B2B, logistics, warehousing, 3PL, SaaS & service pages
● Optimize landing pages, service pages, blogs, and city pages for SEO
● Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance
● Work on internal linking, schema markup, and site architecture
● Manage link-building & outreach campaigns (white-hat only)
● Optimize content for search intent and lead generation
● Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs / SEMrush
● Identify and fix crawl errors, indexing issues, duplicate content
● Collaborate with content, design & development teams
● Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights

Required Skills

● Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO
● Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs / SEMrush
● Understanding of Core Web Vitals & PageSpeed Insights
● Hands-on experience with WordPress & CMS-based websites
● Knowledge of schema, structured data, XML sitemaps
● Ability to work on local SEO & city-specific landing pages
● Basic understanding of HTML, CSS (SEO perspective)
● Strong analytical & reporting skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

● Experience in B2B SEO, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, SaaS
● Knowledge of conversion optimization (CRO)
● Experience with content briefs & SEO content planning
● Familiarity with Google Ads landing page optimization
● Understanding of AI search / SGE-friendly content structure

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
