Scope:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer to join our team as an individual contributor. This role is ideal for someone with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development, particularly with Java-based backend systems and React JS for frontend development. The developer will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications that support our supply chain solutions. Experience with microservices architecture and domain knowledge in supply chain will be considered a strong advantage.

What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React JS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
Contribute to the design and implementation of microservices-based architecture.

What Are We Looking For:

4–5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related backend technologies.
Solid experience with React JS and modern frontend development practices.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Exposure to supply chain domain or enterprise systems is desirable.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
