About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing across multiple platforms, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of websites, web applications, mobile apps (iOS & Android), and desktop applications.
• Conduct API testing and database testing to validate functionality, data integrity, and performance.
• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide automation ideas and collaborate with the team for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, SoapUI) and database validation (SQL).
• Familiarity with automation concepts and frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing and security testing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

Nice to Have

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.
