Sr. Solution Architect - Wholesale Banking

KalSoft is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with strong wholesale banking and payment systems expertise to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in technologies and banking/payment platforms, with a proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade financial solutions.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong background in Solution Architecture with expertise in Wholesale Banking and Payments Domain.
• Wholesale Banking Domain:
  • Deep understanding of wholesale banking processes and systems.
  • Hands-on experience with applications such as:
    • Intellect
    • Axe Finance
    • TI Plus
    • B2B
• Payments Domain:
  • In-depth knowledge of payment systems and standards.
  • Experience with:
    • FIS IST/Base24
    • FIS Cortex/Apex
    • Mada (Saudi Payments)
    • Visa/Mastercard
    • SADAD
    • SWIFT
    • NCR/ATM
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, API architecture, and security standards.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture for wholesale banking and payment systems projects.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define architecture strategies.
• Design end-to-end solutions ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and integration phases.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities by providing architectural insights and solution proposals.
