Trend Micro is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, AI who is passionate about cutting-edge artificial intelligence, responsible security, and architecting scalable solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in direct customer engagement, excels at solving complex technical challenges, and is energized by accelerating AI-powered transformation within enterprise environments.
You will partner closely across Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success to guide organizations through their AI adoption journey. Your influence will help customers integrate AI safely and responsibly unlocking value while reducing risk and driving measurable outcomes.
As a trusted AI and cybersecurity advisor, you will shape solutions across the customer lifecycle: from discovery and design to deployment, orchestration, optimization, and operational maturity. You will act as the bridge between visionary customer goals and our platform’s end-to-end AI, security, and automation capabilities, enabling long-term adoption and advocacy.

Serve as the primary AI architecture advisor and trusted technical partner for enterprise customers, guiding them through responsible AI adoption, LLM integration, automation, and security design.
Develop a deep understanding of customers’ AI strategies, use cases, and risk profiles to align platform capabilities with measurable business, productivity, and security outcomes.
Lead high-impact technical conversations including architecture deep dives, demos, whiteboard sessions, and LLM strategy workshops for both technical and executive stakeholders.
Architect secure, scalable AI solutions leveraging cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise data frameworks, identity and access controls, and Zero Trust principles.
Design reference architectures for AI-assisted security, generative AI automation, cloud threat analytics, and AI-enabled SOC or platform operations.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to map customer requirements into platform capabilities informing feature prioritization, roadmaps, beta design, and partner integrations.
Represent the company as an AI thought leader in field engagements, industry forums, webinars, partner events, and executive briefings.
Build scalable enablement content: reference patterns, technical diagrams, demos, workshop materials, and best-practice guides for internal teams, partners, and customers.
Provide structured feedback to Product Management on customer challenges, AI trends, and competitive gaps helping evolve the platform, GTM strategy, and partner ecosystem.
Maintain deep knowledge of AI, LLMOps, cloud-native platforms, security architecture, and emerging innovations to continuously elevate our technical leadership.
5+ years in Solutions Architect, AI Architect, Cloud Architect, Sales/Pre-Sales Engineer, or advanced technical consulting roles.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, or related fields.
Expertise in public cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) including identity, networking, computer, and data services.
Broad technical acumen across cybersecurity, cloud, DevOps, networking, automation, and enterprise modernization.
Proven passion for education, technical demos, enablement, and helping others unlock capability at scale.
Hands-on experience with automation, APIs, scripting, or lightweight coding (Python, Typescript, Bash, PowerShell).
Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR).
AI / Data Certifications: TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS Machine Learning, Azure AI Engineer, GCP Professional Machine Learning Engineer
CISSP, CCSP, Security+, CySA+, or other ISACA/ISC2 certifications.
