Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Specialist – Core Banking System to provide comprehensive support and analysis of core banking platforms. The candidate will manage BAU activities, system configuration, production issue analysis, releases, and DR support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BAU support for core banking system operations.
• Perform system configuration, setup, simulation, and testing.
• Analyze production issues and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with business teams for requirements gathering.
• Provide ad hoc reports for business analysis.
• Support system releases, fixes, and testing validation.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery activities.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve system-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field.
• Strong experience in Core Banking system support.
• Understanding of banking operations and financial products.
• Experience in system testing, release management, and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
