Sr. SQA Engineer – Team Lead

Qualification:

B.CS / BSCS / MCS

Professional Experience:

4 to 6 years of technical experience in the similar capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and mentor a team of SQA engineers, providing guidance and support in all aspects of quality assurance and testing.

· Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures.

· Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.

· Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.

· Design, execute, and automate functional, regression, performance, and integration tests to validate software functionality and performance.

· Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve software defects and quality issues.

· Analyze test results, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve software quality and reliability.

· Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and code inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

· Test the application with respect to the provided user/client requirements

· Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.

· API testing using Postman

· Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.

· Overseeing the drafting of testing documents.

. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software quality assurance and testing.

. Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines.

. Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.

. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory management.

. Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
