SQA Engineer (Automation)

Are you passionate about quality, automation, and problem-solving?
We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer with 2–3 years of experience who’s ready to take ownership of testing excellence and grow with a fast-paced tech team.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional, regression, and performance tests.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks (POM-based) using Selenium and Playwright.
• Perform API testing with Postman and load testing with JMeter.
• Validate backend data using SQL queries.
• Collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless QA delivery.
• Identify, track, and report bugs, ensuring top-notch product quality.
• Stay updated on new QA trends, tools, and automation techniques.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 2–3 years of QA experience (Manual + Automation).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, Postman, and Git.
• Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) design principles.
• Strong SQL skills for backend validation.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in Fintech or payment systems (a strong plus).
Familiarity with JIRA, Zephyr, or TestRail.
Understanding of BDD frameworks (Cucumber or SpecFlow).
Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Karachi, Pakistan
This is a full-time, on-site position (no hybrid or remote option).
