Application Engineer – IBMS / Industrial Control & Automation

Accrescent Engineers (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a skilled Application Engineer – IBMS / Industrial Control & Automation to join our Automation & IBMS Division. The role involves system design, application development, coordination, and on-site execution for IBMS/BMS and industrial automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements based on provided project information and conduct clarification calls to ensure complete understanding of the scope of work.
• Read, interpret, and work with project drawings—including electrical schematics, control layouts, and P&IDs.
• Design and architect Building Management System (BMS) solutions in line with P&IDs, control strategies, and industry standards.
• Develop system architectures, control logic, I/O lists, and technical submittals.
• Configure and program BMS controllers, develop HMI/BMS graphics, dashboards, alarms, and reports.
• Integrate field devices using Modbus, BACnet and other communication protocols.
• Supervise onsite installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Update and improve internal design rules and engineering standards to ensure continuous improvement.
• Report product or system-related issues and share findings with internal teams for collective knowledge building.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Design, Projects, Supply Chain, and Sales as required.
• Attend customer meetings and provide technical insights during project stages.
• Prepare technical documentation, O&M manuals, and project progress reports.
• Provide client support, training, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of IBMS/BMS, HVAC controls, lighting automation, and energy monitoring systems.
• Hands-on experience with controllers (Delta,Alerton,MetaSys,Schneider, etc.).
• Familiarity with PLCs, DDC, VFDs, sensors, relays, and industrial automation components.
• Good command over engineering drawings, network architecture, and communication protocols.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
