AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Train and improve object detection models (YOLO, Detectron2).
• Prepare and manage datasets (real + synthetic).
• Work with annotation teams for labeling accuracy.
• Test model performance across different terrains (forest, desert, snow, rubble).
• Optimize and deploy models for fast, real-time results.

Required Skills

• Experience with YOLO, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and OpenCV.
• Strong background in Computer Vision and Machine Learning.
• Familiarity with annotation tools (CVAT, LabelImg, Roboflow).
• Understanding of precision/recall, mAP, and model evaluation.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in AI/ML or Computer Vision.
• Portfolio/GitHub showing object detection work.
