Sr. Storage Engineer - PMax, Isilon, Vxrail - AlKhobar, KSA
- Lead and manage end-to-end storage projects focused on PMax, Isilon, and VxRail storage solutions for enterprise client in AlKhobar, KSA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable storage and virtualization architectures.
- Analyze client requirements and assess existing infrastructures to propose optimal storage and virtualization strategies.
- Configure, test, and validate migration and deployment processes to ensure seamless transitions with minimal operational disruption.
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle, including documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed environments, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth post-deployment operations and resolve escalated technical cases.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices related to PMax, Isilon, and VxRail platforms.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders in AlKhobar, KSA to ensure alignment with business requirements and project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Service Delivery Engineer or similar technical role.
- Proven expertise in PMax, Isilon, and VxRail storage and virtualization technologies.
- Experience managing complex storage and virtualization deployment/migration projects in enterprise environments.
- Strong skills in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining storage and virtualized infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in AlKhobar, KSA.
- Relevant certifications on PMax, Isilon, VxRail, or virtualization technologies are a plus.
