 Oversees the daily operation of Asset &amp; Plant Department Central Store, including directing employees, create shift schedules and implement safety policies.
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mechanical / Civil Engineering, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10&ndash;15 years of experience in store and asset management within a construction or developer environment, including 5+ years in a senior supervisory or managerial role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of plant and equipment operations, spare parts, consumables, and tools used in construction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar) and inventory management software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound understanding of procurement, logistics, and asset management procedures.
 </li>
