Purpose of this Role

The Sr. Strategic Accounts Lead serves as a trusted advisor and primary growth consultant for Foster clients. In this capacity, they guide clients through the Perfect Practice System© (PPS©), aligning marketing, sales, and operations into a unified roadmap that drives measurable growth, retention, and ROI.

Unlike traditional digital marketing positions, this role emphasizes strategy and business intelligence over tactics. The Sr. Strategic Accounts Lead diagnoses challenges, provides actionable recommendations, and oversees execution through Foster’s specialist teams—ensuring alignment, accountability, and progression through PPS© phases. By collaborating directly with client leadership, they deliver thought partnership and market insights that create sustainable competitive advantage.

The ideal candidate possesses omnichannel marketing expertise, consultative leadership skills, and a proven record of delivering measurable growth outcomes, ideally within the legal and/or healthcare industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

  • Develop 6-month strategic roadmaps, reviewed bi-annually, that integrate all marketing, sales, and operational drivers.
  • Lead diagnostic sessions, strategy calls, and quarterly operational audits.
  • Facilitate quarterly PPS© progression reviews, ensuring clients advance toward their “Perfect Practice.”
  • Delegate tactical execution (SEO, paid, content, video, intake, etc.) to specialists while maintaining full accountability for results.
  • Take initiative to guide clients toward both short- and long-term goals.
  • Provide C-suite–level consultation on business intelligence, intake optimization, staffing efficiency, and profitability.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Communicate clearly and respond promptly, ensuring expectations are managed and goals are met.
  • Provide monthly reporting with predictive insights, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities.

Client Growth & Omnichannel Development

  • Act as a true growth partner: identifying operational/marketing gaps and recommending upsell-ready solutions.
  • Deliver predictive insights, competitor intelligence, and forward-looking growth opportunities in monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Drive renewals and upsells by recommending higher-value service tiers or advanced PPS© solutions.
  • Identify operational and marketing gaps that impact revenue.
  • Lead the design, tracking, and optimization of omnichannel campaigns (SEO, paid ads, social, content, email).
  • Identify opportunities to integrate offline strategies (direct mail, print, billboards) when appropriate.
  • Direct execution teams using standardized templates and instructions for structure and reporting.
  • Use strategic problem-solving to anticipate challenges and create solutions.
  • Collaborate across departments (content, development, media buying, project management) for seamless execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies.
  • Compile and present monthly/quarterly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Internal Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as the bridge between departments, ensuring smooth integration of strategies.
  • Mentor junior strategists and share knowledge in training sessions.
  • Contribute to internal process improvement and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Leverage AI, anticipate market trends, and create competitive advantages.
