Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Agent to join the Coastal Community Health Supply Chain team.


Responsible for:


  • Researching and evaluating products based on quality, cost and patient outcomes/project deliverables.
  • Analyzes price proposals, financial data, and other information needed to determine opportunity.
  • Performs contract sourcing and analysis for presentation of initiative to the appropriate clinicians and value analysis committees throughout Coast Community Health.
  • Prepares RFP and RFI's. Enters into negotiations with suppliers, reviewing terms and conditions of contract, and establish pricing.
  • Monitors the contract performance and determine necessity for amendments, extensions and compliance by both vendor and CCH.*

There will be required travel between Coastal Affiliate locations.


  • Includes anyone with clinical background as well as business ( Nursing, Respiratory, Lab etc.)
