Role Summary
The Senior Strategy Consultant will lead the update, refinement, and execution of the organizational strategy, with a primary focus on driving the Riyadh Life strategy. This role is responsible for translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, ensuring effective delivery, and tracking performance outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong consulting and project management experience, with the ability to work across functions to drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Execution

Lead the review, update, and enhancement of the Riyadh Life strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.

Translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, initiatives, and measurable KPIs.

Drive execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.

Monitor progress against strategy goals and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Project & Program Management

Manage end-to-end strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Establish project governance frameworks, timelines, and reporting mechanisms.

Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a key interface between leadership and business units to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.

Facilitate workshops, strategy sessions, and executive discussions.

Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior leadership and boards.
Analysis & Insights

Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to inform strategy.

Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations.

Break down complex problems into structured frameworks and actionable insights.
Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to enhance strategy execution and governance.

Drive best practices in strategic planning, performance management, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum
5+ years of experience
, ideally including:

Strategy consulting experience (preferred).

Strong project management exposure within consulting environments.

Proven experience in strategy development and execution.

Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

Background in large organizations or transformation programs is an advantage.
