Sr. Structural Design Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

Requirements.

· Minimum 15 years working experience as Structural Design Engineer from a Design and Consulting Firm.

· Can join immediately.

· Arabic must be first language.

· Advanced level of knowledge in structural analysis and design of concrete and steel building structures.

· Advanced level of skill in design of structural steel connections.

· Strong comprehension of the non-linear properties of structural materials.

· Highly skilled in technical report writing.

· Expert user ETABS, SAFE, SAP, STAAD, ROBOT, IDEA STATICA, among others,

· Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, etc.

· Well-versed in international standards such as ASCE, ACI, IBC, Eurocode, etc.

· Well-versed in Qatar Construction Specifications and other local regulations.

· Knowledge in Design of Post-Tension structure, FRP, and structural system.

· Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions.

· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

· Organized, detail-oriented, and self-starting.

· Experience in Grade A Consultancy Office is an advantage.
