Long Description Job Summary
The Sr. Training Supervisor (Technical) is responsible for providing technical support in the delivering of various technical training programme.
Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical excellence as core competence to the after sales function in support of meeting its commercial objectives.
• Obtain all technical information from Honda and maintain the information flow by conducting class room & practical trainings thru out the year.
• Develop technical training materials and work along with the Service Manager to link learning with performance objectives and evaluations.
• Provide professional support during the development and delivery of various training programs.
• Support technician, quality inspector, and workshop team leader with necessary technical skills through various trainings, coaching, and on-the-job training.
• Provides information and tools for workshop team to raise customer satisfaction through fix it right the first time (FIRFT) based on Honda standards.
• Train and develop qualified technicians based on Honda certification program.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma in Engineering
• 4 to 5 years of experience in the similar function
