Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, attract, and hire top talent across our organization. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, design effective recruitment strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience while upholding our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities

Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for multiple roles and levels.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.

Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess cultural and technical fit, and manage the interview process.

Coordinate interview schedules, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Maintain accurate and compliant applicant data and recruitment metrics.

Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.

Lead or participate in campus recruiting, outreach programs, and events as needed.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
ZenATS Mastery Essential.
Regional Expertise Proven hiring success in Egypt, Jordan, and KSA.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting for multiple functions or departments (e.g., technology, sales, operations).

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing tools, and data-driven recruiting.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
