Role: Sr. Team Manager

Skill: Order to Cash – Income Recording & Recognition, Cash Apps & Billing, Refunds, Reconciliations, Chargeback, Bad Debt Provisions, Accrual & Deferral Journals, Contract Income Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation

Experience: 12 years to 15 years

Job Location: Nagpur

Shift: 24x7

Education:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Fin or similar

Must Have Skills:

• Order to Cash – End to end process knowledge of Order to cash process, Income Recording, Income Reconciliations, Processing Refunds, Chargeback, Cash Apps & Billing , Journals
• Essential to have ERP system hands on experience, preferably in SAP SAP & ServiceNow
• Experience in delivering productivity and automation projects.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of MM module , Team management, stakeholder management
