Job Brief:

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our SEO Team & products. You will join a team of talented tech writers who work collaboratively with SEO Team, developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our Clients & SEO Team Project easier to use.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Write copy that will improve websites search engine rating by using SEO techniques
• Produce unique, attention-grabbing materials for websites, app highlights, marketing and social media, online videos, demos and guided tours
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides, including integration manuals, API developer manuals and internal platform documentation
• Contribute in the offering UI strings that are straightforward, efficient, and understandable
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
• Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
• Work together with the team to develop and carry out new campaigns and promotions
• Track projects from conception to deployment as they go through the creative cycle
• Create and maintain the information architecture

Qualifications Requirements:

• A degree in technical communication or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in writing technical documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven working experience in technical writing of software house
• Ability to deliver high quality SEO paying attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• Excellent written skills in English
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Qualifications
