Job Title: Technical Content Writer - SaaS Content

Location: Shahrah e Faisal, PECHS, Block 6
Job Type: Full-time - Onsite
Timings: 9 PM to 6 AM (Night Shift)

About the Role
We’re looking for a SaaS-focused Technical Content Writer who knows how to turn complex software concepts into clear, engaging, and practical content. This role is perfect for someone who understands how SaaS products work and can explain features, workflows, and value in a way that clicks with users, decision-makers, and technical teams alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content for SaaS products, including website pages, blogs, product documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
• Write feature explainers, onboarding content, user guides, and release notes
• Translate technical functionality into benefit-driven, user-friendly content
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy
• Develop content for B2B SaaS audiences, including startups, SMBs, and enterprise users
• Optimize content for SEO while maintaining clarity and usability
• Keep content updated as features evolve and products scale

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience writing technical content for SaaS or software-based products
• Strong understanding of SaaS concepts such as cloud-based applications, APIs, integrations, dashboards, and subscription models
• Ability to explain workflows, features, and technical processes in simple terms
• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills
• Experience with SEO-friendly content writing
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS buyers and end-users

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience writing product documentation, help center articles, or onboarding content
• Understanding of UX writing and product-led growth concepts
