Technical Content Writer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer with 2–3 years of experience, preferably from a software house or IT services company. The ideal candidate should be comfortable writing technical and business-focused content related to software development, IT services, and digital solutions.

This role involves close coordination with technical teams, sales, and marketing to create clear, accurate, and engaging content for multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Marketing Content

• Write and edit technical content such as:
• Website service pages
• Blogs and articles related to software, IT services, and technology trends
• Case studies, whitepapers, and solution briefs
• Product and service documentation (high-level, client-facing)

Collaboration with Technical Teams

• Work with developers, project managers, and solution architects to understand technical concepts
• Convert complex technical information into easy-to-understand content for non-technical audiences
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in all technical content

Content Quality & Consistency

• Proofread and edit content for grammar, structure, and tone
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all content
• Update existing content based on new services, technologies, or business needs

SEO & Content Optimization

• Write SEO-friendly content using relevant keywords
• Optimize content for readability and search engines
• Support content planning and editorial calendars

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer
• Prior experience working in a software house or IT services company
• Strong command of written English
• Ability to understand and explain technical topics such as:
• Software development services
• Web and mobile technologies
• Cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, or enterprise solutions (any exposure is a plus)
• Experience writing both technical and marketing content
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content tasks

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience writing B2B technology content
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, WordPress, or CMS platforms
• Experience creating content for global clients
