Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Specialist to join our growing product-based e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, converting inbound and outbound leads, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly and confidently
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales closures
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales (product-based e-commerce only)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Excellent spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Customer-focused approach with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Comfortable working in night shifts

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience only in product-based online e-commerce companies
• Must have own laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
• Immediate or short notice period preferred
