Key Responsibilities
1. Tendering & Offers
Identify and track tenders relevant to real estate/construction.
Prepare bid documents, cost sheets, and proposals.
Draft offers, counter-offers, and interest letters for prospective clients/investors.
2. Feasibility Analysis
Conduct market and financial feasibility studies for projects.
Prepare cash flow projections and assess ROI.
Work with finance & project teams to evaluate land/project viability.
3. Documentation & Compliance
Draft, review, and manage MoUs, LOIs, NOCs, and legal documentation.
Ensure tender submissions and offers meet regulatory & company standards.
Maintain a systematic document management system.
4. Coordination
Liaise between legal, finance, architects, contractors, and clients.
Ensure smooth flow of approvals and documentation.

Ideal Profile
Qualification: MBA (Finance/Real Estate/Construction Management) or Civil Engineering background with business exposure.
Experience: 3–7 years in real estate, construction, or infrastructure (preferably in tendering & contracts).
Skills:
Strong drafting & communication skills (letters, offers, contracts).
Financial modeling & feasibility study knowledge.
Understanding of real estate laws, RERA, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and document management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
