RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Tendering & Sourcing Management
- Lead projects and tenders across multiple categories, including Facility Management, Site Services, and Engineering Services.
- Independently execute sourcing activities, managing the end-to-end tendering process from planning to award.
- Conduct supplier negotiations, support cost model development, and ensure cost-efficient procurement outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the Contracts team to ensure compliance and accuracy in all tendering activities.
Analysis & Market Intelligence
- Perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making in procurement.
- Develop and maintain category profiles, supplier profiles, and market intelligence reports.
- Build and present sophisticated financial analyses and business cases to stakeholders.
- Track and report procurement performance metrics, including cost savings, payment terms, and cash flow improvements.
Supplier & Relationship Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier scorecards, ensuring timely and reliable supplier information.
- Manage day-to-day supplier relationships, resolving issues and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Ensure all approved purchases meet quality standards and deliver cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and procurement data.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Establish effective stakeholder management practices, ensuring continuous engagement throughout the procurement process.
- Work closely with internal teams, including the Procurement Manager and cross-functional departments, to align on objectives and outcomes.
- Provide support to team members in completing procurement-related tasks as required.
Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Ensure all tendering and procurement activities comply with internal and external requirements.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supply Chain & Procurement Manager.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred), Supply Chain Management, or other relevant disciplines.
KNOWLEDGE:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with measurable results.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in Procurement with a record of successful achievements.
- Solid background in managing procurement projects and related activities.
- Previous experience in a multinational industrial environment is preferred.
