Sr. Test Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience in TestStand and Test Framework Development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Field device testing with knowledge on HART Modbus protocols. This hybrid role requires strong English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. The candidate will contribute to enhancing our testing processes and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test frameworks using TestStand to ensure robust and efficient testing processes.
• Manual testing of the field device using available tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design test strategies that align with project goals.
• Analyze and evaluate test results to identify defects and areas for improvement ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical expertise in Value Analysis and Value Engineering to optimize testing methodologies and outcomes.
• Document and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and resolve issues before release.
• Communicate test progress and results to stakeholders providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• Utilize strong English language skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
• Support the development and maintenance of automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to testing environments and tools.
• Contribute to the overall success of projects by ensuring high-quality testing outcomes. Qualifications
• Possess strong experience in TestStand and Test Framework Development.
• Demonstrate expertise in Value Analysis and Value Engineering.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
• Have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective test strategies.
