About the Role : We are looking for a skilled Testing Technician with strong expertise in electrical testing of medium and high voltage motors and generators. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of testing procedures, instrumentation, and on-site supervision during service, erection, and commissioning.

Responsibilities :

• Perform and supervise tests including Tan Delta, PD, DC Tests, ELCID, RSO, Wedge Tightness, and Run Test parameters
• Handle testing instruments and generate detailed test reports
• Inspect RTDs, BTDs, and auxiliaries during initial testing
• Supervise and guide electrical testing at site and in the repair workshop
• Manage testing and other electrical activities during preventive maintenance, erection, and commissioning

Qualifications :

• Strong hands-on experience in motor/generator testing
• Ability to lead on-site testing and inspection activities
• Knowledge of test equipment and electrical standards
