Job Description

As Sr. Training Sales, you will be integral part of the sales management team. You are a highly energetic person with strong passion for sales, go-getter attitude, closing numbers and over achieving. You love to meet clients, discuss their training requirements and craft a winning training proposal.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding client relationships, and increasing market share in individuals and corporate and institutional training programs. .

Only candidates with minimum 3year Sales / BD experience within training industry will be considered. Kindly do not apply otherwise.

Candidates with GCC Training industry experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth Strategy: Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the training and education sector, focusing on corporate clients.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including corporations, government entities, educational institutions, and individuals looking for professional development and certification programs.
  • Client Acquisition: Generate new leads and secure partnerships with key decision-makers in HR, L&D (Learning and Development), and other relevant departments within companies and organizations.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored training and educational solutions, including corporate training programs, certification courses, and workshops, to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning, sales forecasting, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional training services.
  • Collaboration with Training Teams: Work closely with the curriculum design, training delivery, and marketing teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with customer needs and industry standards.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline management, and generate weekly and monthly reports for senior management to track progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development role within the training industry.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate training landscape, including employee development programs, certification courses, and L&D initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in developing business relationships and generating new business opportunities in the training sector.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage the full business development lifecycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with B2B clients, especially in corporate learning and development or training institutes.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and blended learning solutions is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
