We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who combines strategic thinking with creative precision. The ideal candidate can transform complex challenges into elegant, human-centered experiences that drive impact.

You will play a key role in shaping our product vision, strengthening design excellence across our ecosystem, and elevating the end-to-end user journey through innovation, systems thinking, and empathy.

This position is ideal for a designer who can manage the complete design lifecycle, from user research and conceptualization to high-fidelity design, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to influence product direction and business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for various platforms, including web, mobile Figma, and print.
• Design and develop user interfaces (UI) and visual elements for software applications.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual designs and marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems.
• Design promotional materials such as banners, brochures, social media graphics, and email templates.
• Develop visual content for presentations and marketing campaigns.
• Understand user needs and preferences through user research and feedback.
• Apply user insights to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Continuously improve design skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including UI/UX designs.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design ideas.
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
