Sr UI/UX Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our AI agent. You'll create seamless experiences across web applications and API integrations, ensuring our enterprise solutions are both powerful and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web applications and chat-based coaching experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for enterprise software
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement user-centered solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Support product strategy and prioritization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise application design
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles
• Preferred: Experience with enterprise software, chat interfaces, or AI/ML products
