Sr. UI/UX Designer

Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and talented UI / UX designer to join our team in Bridgewater, New Jersey. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs that enhance user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project manager, engineers, and marketers to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet client requirements.

This is a direct hire onsite position. No third party agencies or corp-to-corp candidates will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the USA as a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. We are unable to sponsor work visa or hire OPT candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet client requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, and incorporate them into your designs.
• Communicate design concepts and decisions to client stakeholders and team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
• 3+ years of strong mobile and web UI / UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions.
• Understanding of front-end development languages such as Angular and Bootstrap.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Invision.
• Experience creating and maintaining websites with WordPress.
• Must be a creative designer that can transform software requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a small team environment with minimal supervision

This is a direct-hire position for candidates with availability to work a minimum 3 days from our office in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Position offers competitive salary and benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
